I am a fifth-year PhD candidate of Counseling Psychology at the University of Kansas. I am a researcher and psychologist-in-training, and I'm always looking for creative ways to advocate for others and disseminate transformative information.
In 2023 I received the American Psychological Foundation Steven O. Walfish Competition Award for my work on addressing harm from adverse religious/spiritual experiences in therapy. I look forward to continuing this work and encouraging healing and positive religious/spiritual functioning while also promoting nonjudgmental, empathic, and multiculturally sensitive therapy practices.
